The online store is open every day. Actual delivery availability depends on the location, order time and selected product.

Greater Lisbon

Order by 5:00 PM (Saturday by 3:50 PM)

Same-day delivery is often possible when the order is completed with enough time for preparation and delivery.

Rest of Portugal

At least 24 hours in advance

Outside Greater Lisbon, we recommend ordering in advance. Saturday afternoons, Sundays and holidays depend on local confirmation.

Madeira and Azores

48 hours in advance

Island deliveries require extra coordination. Contact us before checkout if the date or timing is sensitive.

Before checkout For same-day deliveries, ceremonies, hospitals, care homes, hotels or restricted-access addresses, contact us first.

How delivery works

  1. The order is prepared by a local florist, whenever possible close to the destination.
  2. Delivery is made to the recipient or, in places such as hospitals and hotels, to reception or the responsible person.
  3. You can add landmarks, preferred timing or an alternative contact in the order notes.
  4. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
