1 - Scope of Application
1.1. These terms of sale apply to:
  • (a) all offers on this website, also referred to as the "site," issued by Flores e Flores, owned by Sara Maria Correia de Lacerda Coutinho, with VAT number: 226 711 544, with an office at Rua José Brandão de Almeida, No. 15, Shop Left, 2725-350 Sintra, and headquarters at Rua José Afonso, No. 15, Ground Floor Right, 2725-347 Mem Martins;
  • (b) all agreements and relationships concluded between Flores e Flores and any customer placing orders through this website.
1.2. Flores e Flores only accepts product orders through this website, subject to these terms of sale.
1.3. The general terms of sale are the only ones applicable and replace all other conditions, except by prior express written agreement. Flores e Flores may modify certain provisions of its general terms, so it is necessary to reread them with each visit to the website www.floreseflores.pt (herein referred to as the "Site"). We consider that when the order is validated, the customer automatically accepts our general terms of sale.
2 - Ordering Process
To make your purchases through this website, the data requested for the order are:
  • First Name;
  • Last Name;
  • Email;
  • Phone Number.
2.1. Product Selection
The products displayed on this website are grouped into various Categories. These categories are identified in the top menu of the website. By choosing a category, you will have access to the category within the selected area, as well as the list of products.
The products you wish to order from the site should be selected and added to the shopping cart using the Buy option. You can also obtain more detailed information about the products by clicking on the product name to access detailed images.
2.2 Shopping Cart
After adding all the products you want to order to the shopping cart, you should complete your order. To do so, follow these steps:
  • Step 1: Identification (If you have already logged in, you can proceed to Step 2.);
  • Step 2: Account and Billing Address;
  • Step 3: Delivery Address;
  • Step 4: Delivery Method;
  • Step 5: Payment Method;
  • Step 6: Confirm Order.
After confirming your order, you will receive an email confirming your order.
2.3 Order Acceptance
Confirmation of the availability of the ordered products and acceptance of your order will be made by phone or, if not possible, by sending a new email.
The agreement that binds www.floreseflores.pt and the customer, and includes these terms of sale, will only be formed with this acceptance by Flores e Flores.
Flores e Flores may withdraw an offer or change the price indicated at any time until the agreement with the customer exists. Flores e Flores cannot be held responsible for any typographical errors. The images presented may not correspond to the products.
3 - Delivery and Shipping Costs

3.2. Flores e Flores respects the delivery times for an order as long as stock is available. If any of the ordered products are not available in stock, Flores e Flores will contact the customer by email or by phone within 15 days from the date of the order. Flores e Flores will make its best efforts to deliver the products and/or services on the expected date but cannot be held responsible for any delays for any reason.
4 - Other Procedures Regarding Deliveries
4.1. The prices displayed already include the final amount with taxes, excluding delivery. The delivery cost varies depending on the chosen delivery method, with a different delivery cost for same-day or next-day deliveries. The delivery cost applies to deliveries within a city, and deliveries beyond 10km from a city will need to be confirmed in advance by floreseflores.
4.2. Orders will only be considered valid after payment is confirmed.
4.3. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that authorized persons are present to receive the flowers.
4.4. It is also the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. Whenever Flores e Flores receives incorrect address information or an unknown recipient, an email or phone contact will be made with the customer to redirect the delivery without the products returning to floreseflores. In the case of delivery return, a transportation fee will be charged.
4.5. If there is no one at the delivery address, a card specifying the date and time of the delivery attempt and contact numbers will be left for arranging order pickup. The person who placed the order will be immediately notified, and if desired, the delivery can be attempted again for a new fee.
4.6. After the flower delivery is made, the customer may receive a notification via email. This service is entirely free and constitutes a special benefit for floreseflores customers.
4.7. It is only possible to cancel a flower delivery order if it has not been delivered yet or the delivery process is not in progress. To cancel the order, you should send an email to compras@floreseflores.pt with the subject "Order Cancellation No. 00000," or call our customer service center. In both cases, we will send a confirmation email of the cancellation to the email address provided in the order. Refunds, when payment has already been made, will be processed, deducting a cancellation fee of EUR 3.00 per order.
Alternatively, a voucher for the full amount already charged can be issued, with no expiration date.
5 - Payment Methods
Available payment methods are:
  • (a) Advance bank transfer;
  • (b) Paypal; Credit Card.
6 - Processing and Security of Personal Data
6.1. In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law, Flores e Flores customers and website users may, at any time, exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and communication of their data through the following methods: by emailing info@floreseflores.pt or by calling 21 243 3390. If you wish to unsubscribe from our email, you should do so through the email address we have in our database, otherwise, we will be unable to remove it.
6.2. The customer authorizes Flores e Flores to process the customer's personal data in an automated manner, including all data disclosed during registration on the site, for the purposes necessary for contracting with the customer, managing and executing purchases and their records, access control, including the use of "cookies" technology, and may be accessed by service providers and suppliers of Flores e Flores, including accounting and auditing companies.
6.3. The customer authorizes Flores e Flores to disclose the customer's personal data to other companies within the same group or for advertising purposes, including direct marketing and advertising, but the customer can object to such disclosure by sending an email to info@floreseflores.pt.
7 - Other Rights and Responsibilities
7.1. Username: Each registered customer will choose a unique, personal, and non-transferable Username (email). The password is chosen by the customer at the time of registration and should be kept confidential.
7.2. Transaction Security: The payment methods available for cash on delivery provide payment upon delivery and, at the same time, maximum security, whether it is in cash or by check.
7.3. Prices and Limitation on Existing Stock: Prices are presented in euros and include applicable taxes (VAT). The prices indicated are exclusive to purchases through this site.
The availability of products on the website is limited to the current stock. Prices and other descriptions are subject to change without prior notice, including due to stock replenishment.
7.4. Ownership of Contents and Distinctive Signs: All data and content on the site, including trade distinctive signs, are the exclusive property of Flores e Flores or third parties and are protected by law.
7.5. Errors in Content: Flores e Flores assumes no responsibility for any errors in the site's content and information provided. Flores e Flores makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and compliance of the site, reserving the right to change the site's content freely, at any time and without prior notice.
7.6. Internet Use: Flores e Flores will not be responsible for damages and inconveniences arising from Internet use, including, for example, as a result of service and access interruptions or deficiencies, external intrusion, computer viruses, or force majeure events.
7.7. Newsletter: Email newsletters are intended for the promotion of offers and general information from Flores e Flores. The customer may receive the newsletter from the moment they subscribe to the newsletter or the site, unless they indicate otherwise.
8 - Legislation and Jurisdiction
Portuguese law and jurisdiction apply to this contract, and in the event of a dispute and to judge any issues arising from it, the parties agree that the Sintra district court will have competence, with express waiver of any other.
