What warranty do I have?

If, by any chance, the order is not delivered in optimal conditions, please contact us by phone at (+351) 212 433 390.
If Flores and Flores' service is responsible for the situation, a new delivery will be made at no additional charge. Returns are not accepted, as natural flowers and plants are perishable products.

What is the privacy and security policy?

Regarding Registration:
Flores and Flores is committed to privacy and security regarding each customer's personal information. Customer's personal data will only be used by Flores and Flores. The information you provide to us is solely for providing you with a service tailored to your characteristics and needs.

Regarding Payment:
The entire payment method selection process, as well as the data related to the payment process, are adequately protected by a Digital Certificate.

What payment methods are available?

We offer payment by credit card, VISA, American Express, PayPal, and bank transfer.

Do your website's prices include delivery?

The prices listed on our website do not include the delivery fee. In addition to the final price of the chosen bouquet or arrangement, which already includes packaging and greenery, there is an additional delivery fee of €4.00 for regular delivery or €8.50 for express delivery, to be paid by the customer.

Schedules and Deliveries

What happens if there is no one to receive the flowers at the recipient's location? What is the usual procedure?

We will try to leave the order in a safe place, such as the building's lobby, with a neighbor, or with the building's security. In case of doubt, we will try to contact the customer.

How can I remain anonymous, without being identified by the person who will receive the flowers?

The only way to be identified is through the message's signature. If you do not wish to be identified, you can place your order as usual, leaving only the message unsigned. However, our delivery form provides an option to make your order anonymous.

Can I request delivery on Saturdays and Sundays?

In the greater Lisbon area, we deliver on Saturdays from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For the rest of the country, we do not guarantee Saturday afternoon, Sunday, and holiday deliveries, so we request prior contact to confirm the possibility of delivery.
We kindly ask that all orders be placed at least 24 hours in advance. For deliveries to the Madeira and Azores islands, please contact us 48 hours in advance.

In the greater Lisbon area, can I request my order to be delivered at a specific time?

Due to traffic and the availability of our local florist, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time, and the requested time is merely indicative, which we will try to meet. For specific situations, please contact us at the phone number: (+351) 212 433 390.

In the rest of the country, for deliveries from Monday to Friday, how far in advance should I place my order?

How much in advance should I place my order in the greater Lisbon area?

With a minimum of 5 hours in advance, as it is necessary to prepare the bouquet and make the delivery.
